I’m so disappointed in the cheesecake shop now. I use to love their cakes, they all use to be awesome, but now they’re all way too sweet and packed with so much stuff that they’re not enjoyable anymore. I asked for a simple request and they couldn’t even help with that. Definitely won’t be going here again.

Excellent Beesting cake! Ordered at the last minute, picked up by a third party. Absolutely no problems, completely straightforward, exactly what I'd ordered. The beesting was perfect, light texture, not too sweet, beautifully decorated and completely delicious. Highly recommended.

LAST MINUTE DECISION TO GET MYSELF A BIRTHDAY CAKE AND I'M GLAD I STOPPED IN. THE CHOICES WERE OVERWHELMING AS I WANTED MORE THAN ONE AS USUAL, SO I DECIDED ON THE CARAMEL MUDCAKE VERY RICH, MOIST & INDULGENT. HAD IT THE NEXT DAY AND IT STILL WAS MOIST. THANX

Bought a cake for my daughter's birthday. It was tasty. I did ask for the freshest one they had there, as Ive been disappointed before. I think the quality has dropped substantially over the years. (The layers on the inside were not even and the decoration was pretty average.) If it wasn't for the fact my daughter loves the strawberry cream, I'd probably go elsewhere.

Used to love The Cheesecake Shop, but unfortunately the quality of their cakes has really declined over the years. I've had 2 cakes this year and have found that the freshness really wasn't there. The last cake was a marble mudcake and I was disappointed to find that it was at least a couple of days old as it was dry and tasteless.

Lovely customer service. Helped my wife and I choose my birthday cake. We do visit the cheesecake shop frequently and have tried most of the flavours but as you know customer service usually is what stands out. The staff was friendly and there were a lot of customers which I can understand why.
