I dont like Muffin Break for two reasons. One everytime i walk past cafe it smells terrible they burn toasties and the staff are rude.I recall sitting down quietly alone not annoying any one and needed to take pain killer due my painful fracture, she looked at me (manager) like i commited a crime it was obvious why i needed to sit down to take tablet i had no choice She stood across me like a hawk. She does that often

Absolutely terrible! Went there today, our toasties took forever, the croissant had to be redone as takeaway because they burnt the first one. My chicken cheese toasted sandwich was rock hard & over cooked....couldn't eat it without breaking a tooth, so l had to go without! Complete waste of money! All l was offered was a free muffin! Used to be a good store, WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

Rarely do I write a bad review.I ordered a savoury muffin and asked for it to be warmed up. It was served cold with a knife but not a fork. I took it back and had it warmed up.With my coffee, I got a teaspoon and used it. Couldn’t be bothered going back to the counter for a knife.You can do better, Muffin Break. Your turnover is not that bad.

Disgusted in the service, wanted half an hour for a take away coffee that was made incorrectly, toke it back and waited for another hour for them to replace it which was again made incorrectly to then be told to just go somewhere else by some women, but my coffee from her every single day as I work in the centre to then receive this service.

I've never seen better service from staff at a Cafe in my life. The management is so much better than half a year ago.
