Small shop, Was advised not able to modify or customise cakes for birthday or functions, just select from list on menu. A little bit of a let down.Cakes are tasty and good quality.

One of the worst experience at this shop. I bought the medium cake and within a minute I changed my mind to buy a large cake. They say our bs policies doesn’t allow to change won’t recommend this store to anyone.

I love the cheesecake shop! I think I've gotten most of my birthday cakes from there, but I'm glad I have! You never get bored of the multiple tastes and beautiful designs. Quite expensive but again, it makes sense- the cakes are amazing! Definitely coming again soon!

Went to the shop for a slice of cake, as advertised for kids easter drawing challenge. Young lady just brought a frozen slice straight from freezer.They need to be more responsible for their cakes, it's more for little one's.Careless

Cakes are ok, very dense and heavy, cheese cakes are pretty good.. We ordered a gluten free birthday cake on line with writing. Got to the shop, cake is NOT made on site as it's gf, and is sealed in plastic so they won't open in the shop so no writing, had to pay an extra $6 to have writing on chocolate disk. Nothing major, but very irritating. Better customer service would be to put it on the website, that gf cakes not made on site, and writing not available, or contact us BEFORE we pick up the cake. No apologies given. Look after your customers!
