I ordered a fire truck for my sons 6th birthday party and Batman cupcakes for his preprimary class. When they arrived it was amazing! All the kids (not to mention the adults!) absolutely loved them. The cake was nothing short of perfect. It was such a relief knowing that the most important centrepiece of my child's party was in such capable hands. I would definitely recommend the Gooseberry Cake Co for any of your cake needs and will definitely contact Danielle again in the future!Bec Reid

Hi, I recently had a cake from The Gooseberry Cake Co. It was a choc overload, I took it to work to share, before cutting everyone took photos, then it was demolished very quickly and I was given back the empty cakeboard, Chefs like that an empty plate and a happy look all round.

These cakes are amazing. So well made and taste so good! Danielle is so creative and talented. She's very accommodating to whatever the occasion is and has so many of her own ideas if you're not sure what you're looking for. 100% recommend

I challenged Danielle with catering some sweets for a vegan bridal shower, she created some stunning pink ombre vanilla cupcakes and a tiffany blue coconut cake complete with fresh hot pink gerbras on top. The decorating was spot on, colours were vibrant and best of all the flavour was sensational - for the non vegan eaters you couldn't tell the difference! I would highly recommend Gooseberry Cake Co. for your next cake and can't wait for the next special event to order another.

Danielle created the most amazing Peppa and George cake for my nephews 2nd birthday so I decided to get cupcakes made for my sons birthday. The taste was amazing! I've ordered a fairy cake for my daughters birthday coming up and I can't wait to see the design. Danielle is very helpful with making decisions about flavours and prompt at replying. Definitely try this local business out!

I ordered a 25th Wedding Anniversary Cake for my mum and dad and it was absolutely beautiful! I sent photos to describe what cake I wanted and when I saw the final product It was everything I wanted and asked for! I've had several beautiful birthday cakes from Gooseberry Cake Co. I've always had no idea what to do (!) and every time Danielle has come up with some fabulous creative ideas. Each cake has been absolutely exquisite and everyone always comments on them. Thanks Danielle for great service and consistently amazing cakes. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Danielle was so accomodating and helpful to short deadlines, design ideas and dietary requirements. Her customer service and prompt communication were second to none. The cake and cupcakes tasted amazing, every one of our guests were floored! I can't recommend Danielle highly enough.

Apart from looking marvellous, the cake was absolutely delicious. Quite moist and not too sweet! A real treat which kept quite well in the freezer too. Watchout, the cupcakes are addictive.
